    * All Whites, 7 serving (remove)
    * *Borden Fat Free American Singles, 6 serving (remove)
    * land o' frost canadian style bacon, 6 oz (remove)
    * Thomas honey wheat double fiber english muffins, 6 serving (remove)


Cut english muffins in two and toast them. Pour egg whites into a cup and microwave for three minutes and then in 30 second bursts until completely set. Take out muffins and top six of them with a slice of cheese and a piece of canadian bacon. Remove whites from microwave. Sweep sides of cup with a knife and turn onto a plate. (Be careful! It's hot). Slice whites into six slices and put on top of cheese and bacon. Top with other muffin half and press down. Enjoy!
