Easy Mexican Rice Easy Mexican Rice

    Instant Brown Rice 1 c
    Picante Sauce/Salsa 1/2 c
    Chicken Broth or Water 1/2 c


1. Combine Salsa and Broth in a medium pot.
2. Bring to a boil
3. Stir in Rice and Cumin
4. Return to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and stir. Cover and let stand 5 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
6. Fluff with a fork and serve.
