Tips

I prefer using Wegmans Organic Tomatoes with Oregano, Basil, and Garlic.
From time to time, if I have it around, I will also add in a packet of French Onion soup mix just to add some additional flavor - but watch out that also adds sodium!


Directions

Cook the ground turkey.
Add the onion, garlic, and italian seasonings.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Let simmer for an hour or longer.
I serve mine with rice chips, and a dallop of fat free plain yogurt.
Yum.
