    3/4 lb lean ground beef
    2 6-oz cans tomato paste
    1 can mushrooms
    1 tsp salt
    1-2 T garlic powder
    2 T olive oil
    3 tomato paste cans of water


brown ground beef in olive oil. Add mushrooms, tomato paste, water, garlic, and salt. Simmer 10-20 minutes. About 10 1/2 cup servings.
