We love baked chicken with lots of flovor and this has the flavor. The idea for the bunt pan I saw on a video and it works . We love baked chicken with lots of flovor and this has the flavor. The idea for the bunt pan I saw on a video and it works .

Ingredients

    Rub
    1 package dry italian dressing mix
    1 teaspoon worsteshire sauce
    .25 teaspoon ground blsck pepper
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 teaspoon mustard
    1 whole raw chicken (about 5.5 pounds)

Tips

I have also done this in a dutch oven and it is delicious
Drying the bird makes the rub stick better.


Directions

Prepare bunt pan by placeing foil over hole of pan. Spray inside of pan with Pam. Mix all ingredients for ruband set aside. Before placeing chicken on hole of bunt pan dry outside of bird with paper towells , coat inside of chicken with rub. Placechicken over hole of bunt pan that you covered with foil. Coat chicken withremaing rub. Bake for about 2 hours.

Serving Size: about 12 4 oz servings
