    betarraga, 500 grams, peladas y en trozos
    mantequilla, salted, 1 cucharada
    cebolla, 0.5 mediana
    1 papa mediana, pelada y en trozos
    caldo maggi de verduras, 2 serving
    1 lt. de agua
    Vinagre de cidra, 3 cucharadas


- Calentar en una olla mantequilla, cocinar en ella la cebolla hasta que esté transparente.
- Agregar la papa, betarraga, caldos y agua.
- Llevar a ebullición, bajar el fuego y cocinar por 30 minutos.
- Dejar enfriar y licuar. Sazonar y agregar vinagre y un poco de nuez moscada. Servir a Tº ambiente
