    Queso Roquefort, 150 gramos
    Crema de leche svelty, 240 gramos
    2 cucharadas de mantequilla
    8 varas de apio, peladas y en trozos
    caldo maggi de verduras, 1 serving
    3 tazas agua
    Puerros, 2, la parte blanca


- En un bol, integrar 100 gr, del queso con la crema.
- En un aolla, poner la mantequilla, apio y puerros. Cocinar por 5 minutos
- Agregar el agua y caldo y cocinar 20 minutos, destapado.
- Entibiar y licuar. Volver a la olla y llevar a ebulliciĆ³n. Agregar la mezcla de quesos y revolver hasta disolver. Sazonar y servir con el resto del queso desmenuzado encima.
