Ingredients

Leeks, 2 leek
Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 32 oz
1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, 2 serving
Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
Garlic, 3 clove
*Newman's Own Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce, 2 cup
Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A, 2 cup
Blue Cheese, 4 cubic inch
*Corn flour, 0.50 cup
V8 - 2 Cups
Directions
Take off outer layer of leeks and chop of tops and bottoms. Cut through to the middle length ways. Chop in half and cook so that the leeks open flat.
Cook mince and vegetables in the pasta sauce and V8 until veg is cooked through. Simmer to evaporate most of the liquid.
Make Cheese sauce of milk, cornflour and blue chees.
Layer meat, leeks, cheese sauce.
Chop two tomatoes and cover the top, adding the last of the cheese sauce to lightly cover the tomatoes.
Grate cheese on the top before putting in an oven at 375.
