Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breast
    1 cup plain non fat yogurt
    1/2 cup tandoori paste

Directions

mix yogurt and tandoori paste. put in either whole chicken breast or cubed for kabobs. Marinate over night.

Drain excess marinade, broil or grill until cooked through

Serving Size: makes 4 servings
