Ingredients

    Cod 3 3oz portions
    1 T Olive Oil
    Cooking spray - cooking spray
    1/4 c Italian Bread Crumbs
    2T Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1t Minced Garlic
    1t Minced Ginger
    1/4 t Mrs. Dash's Garlic & Herb seasonings

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and lay the fillet in the pan. Mix together the Italian bread crumbs, ginger, garlic and Mrs. Dash's season well and then cover each fillet and pat down.

Bake for about 15 min. depending on the thickness of fillets.
