    Cinnamon, ground(To taste)
    Cumin Powder ,(to taste)
    Trader Joes Micro-green sprouts (1 package)
    Tomato Paste (6oz Can)
    Beans, black, (1 Can)
    Corn Tortillas, 6 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) (remove)
    Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula, (6 Tbsp)
    Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp
    PAM or other Cooking Spray
    1 Avocado


Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray cookie sheet with PAM. Place corn tortillas on cookie sheet, slightly spray. Place in over heat for 7 minutes, check and see if bottom side is golden flip, and cook another 7 minutes or until golden.

In a sauce pan combine tomato paste, black beans, garlic powder (to taste), a dash of cinnamon, a dash of cumin (powder) add 2 tbsp Cilantro after about 5 minutes. Cook until all is heated.

Place 1/4 cup beans on corn tortilla, sprinkle with nutritional yeast (or mix nutrional yeast into beans), add micro-green sprouts and avocado.
