Ingredients

    1 onion chopped fine
    1/2 cup cornmeal
    2 T skim milk
    1 egg
    1 can cream style corn
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup shredded cheese

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until set.
