    4 Chicken thighs, skinless, boneless
    1 cup Chicken Broth
    1 medium onion, sliced in strips
    1 oz. lemon juice


Lightly brown chicken in electric skillet on 350*. Then add broth, onions, and lemon juice. Cover and let cook for about 15-20 minutes. Turn chicken once. Cut heat down to simmer for a few more minutes, then serve.
