Ingredients

    Egg beaters, matzah, milk, water, salt or cinnamon sugar (depends on if you want sweet of salty)

Directions

Makes 2 servings

Soak the matzahs in cold water for about 3 minutes and drain.

In a large bowl, mix matzah with beaten eggs, milk and salt or cinnamon sugar mixture.

Spray frying pan with oil or use butter.

stir mixture on frying pan, like you would with scrambled eggs.
