    pan ideal blanco light, 300 grams
    leche evaporada ideal, 1 tarro
    Olive Oil, 2 cucharaditas
    Mushrooms, fresh, 200 gramos
    Butter, salted, 1 cucharada
    Onions, raw, 0.5 medium
    mozzarella Colún, 90 grams
    Shrimp, cooked, 500 grams
    albahaca, 2 cubitos


.remojar el pan en la leche evaporada por 30 minutos
.satear los champignones en 1 cucharada de aceite
.precalentar el horno a 180º
.saltear la cebolla en la mantequilla y la otra cucharada de aceite. Agregar la mezcla de pan y cocinar revolviendo por 2 minutos.
.agregar los camarones y champignones
.cocinar hasta que los camarones estén cocidos
.agregar el albahaca y parte del queso. sazonar y agregar merquén a gusto
.distribuir la mezcla en pocillos individuales. Espolvorear el resto del queso, y hornear hasta gratinar.
