Introduction

Use Ground Turkey or Chicken Use Ground Turkey or Chicken
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 Green Peppers (whole)
    3 oz Ground Turkey or chicken
    1 cup Red Kidney Beans (canned)
    1 large Onion
    1/2 cup Bruschetta Mix (no sugar added)
    2 tbsp Parmesean Cheese grated
    1 chopped Tomatoes

Directions

Cook Ground Turkey or Chicken, season to taste. Then add all other ingrediants, except green peppers and cheese, until heated through. Cut the top off of your green peppers and clean out the seeds. Stuff green peppers with mix and top with cheese. place the top back on top of the green peppers. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
