Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Add all dry ingredients together
    2.25 Cups: Almond Meal Grind in coffee grinder, must be fine
    6 tsp Xyla
    1/16 tsp Baking Powder
    3/4 tsp Baking Soda
    2 Tbsp WW Sprouted Flour
    3 Tbsp Golden Flax Meal
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 TBSP Poppy Seeds

    Separate the eggs
    Whip the whites til peeks form
    then add the yolks for a few seconds to blend in




Tips

To Brown the top:
Put the oven on Broil and cook it for til brown, a minute or 2 Watch carefully so they do not Burn
Cool completely on a rack before you try to slice it.


Directions

Preheat 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes
Butter a 8 x 8 baking dish

Add the dry ingredients to the eggs You will get a thick gooey batter, to spread the batter evenly on the baking dish use water to wet the back of a big spoon, just enough so it spreads, make it as even as possible.
