Ingredients

3/4 Cup Organic Flour
1/4 cup Truvia Baking Blend
2 TBSP Truvia Baking Blend brown sugar
1 egg
1/8 Cup of Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Cocoa
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips
1 smashed avocado Ripe (Green, not brown Avocado)
Directions
1. Smash Avocado in a bowl (Used a Hand Mixer)
2. Add Egg
3. Add Everything else except for Flour and Chocolate Chips
4. Add in Flour and use Hand Mixer until it is to thick then mix by hand with spoon or spatula.
5. Add in Chocolate Chips
6. Scoop onto Cookie Sheet with a small Cookie Scoop
7. Bake for 12-14 minutes at 375 Degrees
Serving Size: Makes 18 Little Ball Cookies
