Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, .50 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia)
    Fresh Sweet Onion (1 Medium Raw), 1 serving
    Coconut Oil, .3 tbsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Celery seed, .25 tsp
    Caraway Seed, .25 tbsp
    Chicken Broth, .25 cup
    Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 4 tsp
    Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar, 1.3 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash

Directions

melt oil medium heat; saute salted cabbage 5 minutes; add onions saute 2 minutes; add stock and seeds. turn to low, cover cook 10 minutes, remove from heat, keep covered, set aside for 5 minutes. Mix in mustard and vinegar. Add pepper.
