    3 oz chicken breast, no skin, thin sliced
    honey mustard sauce (I made my own with honey and hot spicy mustard)


Coat a frying pan with PAM spray, and when hot, add the chicken. Fry on one side (do not move it around!!) Then flip over. While the other side is cooking, start glazing the chicken breast with the honey mustard sauce. Once the chicken is cooked through, flip over once again and coat other side with sauce.

This tastes great just on its own or added into a pita for a sandwich, or on a salad.
