Ingredients

3/4 cups Pitted Dates
1/2 cups Cashews
1/4 cups Chocolate Vanilla Cashew Butter
2 tsp Coco powder
1 cups Vanilla yogurt
Tips
Vanilla can be omitted for less calories as well as substituting any nut for the cashews and any nut butter for the chocolate vanilla swirl cashew butter.
Directions
1. Add dates to the bowl of your food processor.
2. Pulse for 15-20 seconds, until dates begin to break down.
3. Add peanuts, peanut butter and cocoa powder.
4. Blend until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
5. Remove blade.
6. Pack into greased freezer safe baking dish. (lining pan with parchment paper helps removal later on)
7. Cover with yogurt
8. Place into freezer until yogurt is 90% hard
9. Cut into bars
For optimal freshness store in the refrigerator for 5-7 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
