Introduction

Taste absolutely amazing! Taste absolutely amazing!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup whole milk
    1 cup Greek Vanilla yogurt ( I prefer to use plain Greek )
    13 ( or 3/4 cups ) baby carrots
    1 1/2 large apple ( I use red )
    8 ( or 1 1/2 cup chopped ) strawberries
    1/2 blueberries
    1/2 cup spinach
    1/4 wheat germ
    1/2 oats

    Just blend it! Taste great and you don't taste the oatmeal or spinach at all!!
    I often switch it up, changing the fruits and add or subtract the oatmeal, wheat germ etc.
    I often like to put a TBS of peanut butter in the blend. Taste amazing adds some more protein.
    Makes approximately 2 1/2 16 oz. servings.
