Ingredients

    2-1/2 lbs 85/15 ground beef
    2 large onions coarsely chopped
    1 tsp minced bottled garlic(or 2 cloves fresh)
    2 tbsp chile powder
    1 tbsp ground black pepper
    1 tbsp salt
    2 cans tomato sauce(15 oz. and 8 oz.)
    2 cans dark kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
    1 large can pork and beans(15 oz.)(Undrained)
    1-1/2 tbsp vinegar

Tips

I add all the ingredients to a crock pot as I go and cook on low all day.


Directions

Brown beef until well done and rinse, set aside.Add oil to a pot and add diced onion and garlic and saute until soft and translucent.Add tomato sauce,beans,vinegar and rest of seasonings to pot stir and then add to a crock pot along with the beef and simmer all day on low
