Ingredients

1 16 oz box of Rotini pasta
2 cans of cannellini beans
1 bunch of fresh broccoli
1 red bell pepper (diced)
1/2 onion (diced)
1 garlic clove (minced)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Boil rotini pasta al dente and drain.
In large skillet heat EVOO and add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sautee until lightly golden brown.
Cut tops of broccoli from stalk and place in skillet.
Add cannellini beans.
Add one can full of water and cover.
Heat until broccolli is cooked to personal preference.
Serve over cooked rotini.
