    1 cup uncooked wild rice
    1 pound skinless boneless chicken breasts
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 tbs onion powder
    6 cups chicken broth
    1.5 Cans Fit & Active Cream of Chicken Soup
    1.5 can water
    1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
    Couple of dahes of tamari


1. Place everything in a crockpot.

2. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. The chicken should be cooked through and the rice should be soft.

3. Remove the chicken breasts from the crockpot and allow to cool slightly. Using two forks, shred the chicken. Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot.

4. Season with additional salt and pepper.
