    Starwberries, pineapple(canned with juice), nectarines, banana, apples, grapes, fat free sugar free vanilla pudding in the box and unprepared, one container of cool whip free


Cut up all fruit and place in large bowl. Reserve 2 tbl of pineapple juice from the can. Dissolve dry pudding mix in approximately 2 tbl of pineapple juice. It will be lumpy. Add to container of cool whip free and mix until no lumps of pudding mixture. Add to fruit. Stir to mix. Allow to refrigerate for about one hour to allow pudding to incorporate into whipped topping. Makes about 8 one cup servings.
