    Beef, top sirloin, 24 oz (remove)
    Salsa, 2 cup (remove)
    Beans, red kidney, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, .50 cup (remove)
    3 minced chipotles in adobo sauce
    1 tbsp adobo sauce


Put everything but sourcream into crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8. Add Sour Cream right before serving.

  • This recipe is great. It has some zest and spice! Those who don't like food with a little kick may not enjoy as much. I absolutely loved it. I added a little extra adobo sauce and black beans. The first time I served it over rice...which was great. The last time I ate at like a stew. - 3/8/08
