    red Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    *Yambean (jicama), 1 cup slices (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    balsamic vinegar, 4 tablespoon (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    dried basil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, .25 tsp (remove)


slice onion, quarter mushrooms and julienne jicama

heat oil in pan.

put veggies, salt, garlic, basil and balsamic vinegar in pan

fry for about 10 minutes or until tender and brown
