Ingredients

    Brown Sugar, 1.5 cup, packed
    Water, 4 fl oz
    Vanilla Extract, 4 tsp
    Old Fashioned Oats, 8 cup
    Flax Seed, 1/2 cup
    Bulgur, dry, 1/2 cup
    Pecans, 1 cup, chopped
    Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1/3 cup

Directions

In a microwave safe container, combine brown sugar and water. Microwave 2-5 minutes until brown sugar is dissolved. Stir in vanilla. Set aside. In large bowl, combine oats, flax, bulgur, and nuts. Add brown sugar mixture and stir. On two cookie sheets covered with parchment paper, use your hands to squeeze bunches of granola onto cookie sheets. Cook at 275* for 45-60 minutes. When still soft, add fruit. Store in airtight container when cool. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
