    1 head fresh broccoli incl stem, separated and stem peeled and cut into thin sticks
    2 sticks celery incl leaves chopped finely
    3 spring onions, finely sliced or bunch of chives if not avail
    1 litre of fresh or frozen low fat.chicken stock
    1 teasp Thai Seasoning or Chilli sauce
    1 tin Lite Evapourated milk or 1 cup Rice Dream Soy Milk


Put broccoli, celery, spring onions, chicken stock and Thai seasoning into a pot and bring to boil. Turn down heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
Cool until hand hot then either puree in liquidiser or mash.
Return to pot.
Add evapourated milk and gently heat but do not boil.
Serve with crusty roll
