This is better than boxed jello pudding...and so much healthier. I did not put sugar as the recipe asked for 1/3 cup. I am diabetic and need low cholestrol food. Directions

In a medium sauce whisk together sugar , cocoa powder and corn starch just until dissolved. Gradually add milk while whisking bring to boil on low heat. Place chocolate in pot and stir until all incorporated. Than let sit on cool place. Once cooled completely , skim off skin and place in refrig for later snack . Serves four.
