    16 oz cottage cheese
    1 cup chopped pecans
    2 eggs
    2 T McKay's chicken seasoning
    1 cup chopped onions
    2 1/2 cups cornflakes (Special K)


Mix all ingredients together, except for 1/2 cup pecans. Pour into a well greased casserole dish (or muffin pan). Sprinkle leftover pecans on top of roast. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes covered tightly and for 20 minutes uncovered. Let cool before slicing.
