    I bunch Parsley (chopped about 1cup)
    1 bunch Cilantro(Chopped about 1 cup)
    1 bunch Green Onion (chopped about 1 cup)
    Fresh mint (.5cup chopped)
    4 medium fresh tomatoes chopped
    Cous Cous 1 cup dry
    .5 cup lemon juice
    1 cup water


Chop all veggies and mix together with couscous water and lemon juice.
Let sit 1 hour before serving.

1 serving = 1/2 cup

Great as a salad dressing too!
