    125 grams Tandaco Suet Mix
    125 grams Wholemeal Flour, plain
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 cup Oatbran
    450 grams Gravy Beef, lean, cubed
    50 grams Lambs Kidney, chopped
    1 small Onion, diced
    2 cups Water, or Stock
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Parsley Flakes, dried
    1/2 tsp Onion Powder
    1/4 tsp Garlic Powder


Mix the suet mix, flour, oatbran and baking powder with enough water to make a soft dough. Roll 3/4 out into a circle to fit a pudding dish.
Mix all other ingredients except the water or stock and place into the pastry lined pudding bowl.
Pour in the water or stock until @ 1" from the top.
Roll out the remaining 1/4 of dough to fit the top and moisten to make it stick, rolling over the edges to create a firm leakproof seal.
Place lid on pudding dish and place into a saucepan with boiling water @ 2 " up the side.
Simmer for @ 4 hours or longer, topping up as required with boiling water.
Serve with mashed potatoes and brussells sprouts.
