Ingredients

    Beans, navy, 680 grams = 18 ounces
    Celery, cooked, 2 stalks
    diced Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 340 grams = 12 ounces
    Carrots, cooked, 3 carrot
    Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    1 Tbsp olive oil

Directions

soak beans over night
cook beans in a crock pot 6 hours with 2 quarts water and herbs to taste
dice and saute celery, onion, carrot and ham in olive oil
add beans
stir and season to taste
