Introduction
Cheese-less nachos with lots of veg & beans. Cheese-less nachos with lots of veg & beans.Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients

1 lb. 85/15 ground beef
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1/2 medium yellow onion
1 package McCormick mild taco seasoning (natural spices)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 can (12 oz.) low sodium corn, don't drain it
1 can (12 oz.) fat-free refried beans
1 can (12 oz.) black beans, don't drain it
Directions
Brown the ground beef in a pan with the chopped onions, chopped green and red pepper. Drain fat. Return to medium heat and add corn, refried beans and black beans. Stir well. Add garlic as you take it off the heat.
Serve over 1 oz. tortilla chips OR in a flour tortilla.
Note: There is NO cheese in this recipe.
