    one lb ground beef
    one jar salsa (2 cups)
    low carb tortillas
    1/2 shredded cheese, mexican blend, 2%


ground beef, rinse and drain well. Add Salsa to meat. To fill tortilla, add small amount of cheese, spoon meat mixture into tortilla, roll and put in baking dish. Once all are assembled bake in oven at 350 for approximately 10 min.
