    South Beach Diet Multi-Grain Wraps, 1 serving (remove)
    Scrambled Egg, 1 large (remove)
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, .1T(remove)
    Salsa, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    Beans, black, .25 cup (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, .25 cup (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped (remove)


Spread salsa on wrap. Top with cheese. In saute pan, cook beans and veggies - spread over cheese. Scramble 1 egg and put on top of veggies. Garnish with cilantro.
