I PROMISE you won't taste the avocado. This is sooooo good!Yes I know it's ALOT of calories, but these are good fats. I substitute it for a meal, or as a reward for when I'm on track with my diet.

Ingredients

Avocados, California (Haas), 2 fruit without skin and seeds
Honey, 4 tbsp
Coconut Oil, 4 tbsp
Cacao Raw Chocolate Powder | Navitas |AGlory, 4 tbsp
Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 1.5 oz
Also Add:
1 tsp powdered espresso / I use a packet of VIA Starbucks Decaf
12-14 drops of Stevia (I use 12 drops)
1/4 tsp sea salt
I top it with about 4 Tablespoons of Pressurized Whipped Cream.
Tips
I serve it with whipped cream on top (about 4 Tablespoons of whipped pressurized cream) which has been factored into the nutritional value.
Directions
Warm the Coconut Oil and Honey
While the Oil & Honey are warming, place all the other ingredients into your VitaMix (or other high powered blender)
Add the Oil and Honey
Blend until smooth
