Ingredients

    1 cup Sourdough Starter
    3 T. ground flax seed
    1/4 cup regular oats
    2 T. canola oil
    1 T. salt
    1/4 cup sugar (white or brown)
    2 cups Unbleached all-purpose flour
    2 cups bread flour

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until just combined. Turn on to floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic. Do not knead too much. Put into bread pan and allow to rise to desired loaf size. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 35 minutes.
