    1 lb. ground pork loin
    1 15-oz can diced tomatoes
    1 15-oz can tomato sauce
    1 14-oz can great northern beans
    1/4 tsp. sea salt
    3 tbsp chili powder
    1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
    1 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tbsp olive oil


Heat olive oil in large saucepan. Add onion and bell pepper and cook until tender. Remove seasonings to plate and set aside. Add pork to hot oiled pan and brown. Return seasonings to pan with pork. Add garlic, tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, salt, chili powder, and poultry seasoning. Stir well. Cover and cook at simmer for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add small amount of water if chili begins to stick to bottom of pan.
