    4 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    4 cups low-fat plain yogurt
    8 tbs. lemon juice
    1 tsp. black pepper
    4 chicken breasts, skinless


Combine garlic, salt, yogurt, lemon juice and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight or freeze in a freezer bag until ready to cook. Thaw if frozen. Remove chicken from marinade and grill until done. The meat should not char, but should be somewhat brown. This is great with rice and veggies. Serves 4-6. NOTE: This is a marinade, so I entered in a fraction of the yogurt on the recipe calculator. You only eat the yogurt soaked up by the meat during the marinating part.
