Ingredients

2 cups wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup splenda
4 beaten egg whites
21/4 cup fat free milk
2 TBS olive oil
filling
1 10 oz can 98% fat free chicken or turkey (can even use 2 small cans of tuna)
1/2 cup fat free mayo
2 TBS minced onion
topping
1can 98% fat free cream of celery
1 cup fat free milk
2 cups low fat or fat free chedder cheese
Directions

combine dry ingred. -beat eggs and add oil and milk then add to dry ingred. mix with a hand mixer until smooth
cook in a non stick pan until they just slightly start to bubble and then flip
set aside until filling is ready makes aprox. 14-16
filling
mix filling canned chicken or tuna or even turkey , mayo , minced onion (dry)
put about 1 tablespoon full in each crepe and roll if you need hold them together use a toothpick
topping
in a pan mix soup , cheese and milk and cook until cheese is melted pour over crepes
can be made ahead of time on same day and kept in fridge until ready
cook at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes
