Easy 1-2-3 Crock pot to table Easy 1-2-3 Crock pot to table

    10 Red potatos peeled and quartered
    2 14.5 ounce cans of chicken broth
    3 Whole leeks bottom bulb cut and chopped thin
    .5 cup water
    6 slices of bacon cooked crispy and drained


Peel and quater potatos place in crock pot
add both cans of chicken broth
wash and thinly slice 3 leeks (about 3-4 cups)
1/2 cup water
6 slices of bacon cooked and drained and chopped
add everything into the crock pot and season with italian seasonings and salt and pepper. Cook for about 8-10 hours until desired consistency. Place in blender or food processor and blend till smooth. I used my hand mixer right in the crock pot for no mess clean up. Delicious anytime, and not as fattening as the creamy version, but smooth and filling!
