    Chicken Breast, no skin, 200 grams
    Peanut Oil, 1 tbsp
    Curry powder, 1 tsp
    Onions, diced, 1 medium
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 cup
    Veggies - birdseye mixed frozen 150 grams


Slice or dice the chicken. Heat frying pan and add oil, onion and chicken. Brown and add curry powder. Cook for 1-2min then add tomatoes and veggies. Simmer for 10 min. Serve with a salad or rice. Mmm Yummy.
