Ingredients

    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    poultry stock...3 cups
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. coriander
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 cup peas frozen
    .5 cup shredded cabbage
    .5 cup onion chopped
    .5 cup sweet peppers chopped

Directions

Brown meat in skillet with salt basil, coriander, peppers and onion . Put into pot with rest of vegetables and stock and simmer for about an hour.

Serving Size: makes 6 1 cup servings
