Introduction

My husband wanted an orange smoothie. My husband wanted an orange smoothie.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 orange (or two clementines)
    1/2 cup of orange juice
    1 scoop of vanilla protein power (I used Whole Foods Vanilla Whew)
    5 ounces low-fat yogurt
    Ice to fill (optional)

Tips

When I first made this I didn't use ice, but I think it could have used it for better texture. Using ice would probably increase the total amount to about 10 ounces per serving.


Directions

Put all the ingredients in a strong blender and blend until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes 2 8 ounce servings
