Ingredients

    1 cup MinuteŽ Ready to Serve Brown and Wild Rice
    1/4 cup cooked crumbled sausage
    2 Tbsp roasted red pepper, chopped
    1 cup baby spinach leaves
    1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese

Directions

Prepare rice according to package directions.
In a small microwave-safe bowl combine sausage, red pepper and spinach. Microwave 1 minute. Stir in rice.
Top with cheese.
