Ingredients

    pumpkin
    flour
    egg
    shorting
    sugar
    baking powder
    salt
    baking soda
    cinnamon

Directions

Cream together shortening and sugar; add eggs and beat well. Sift together dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with pumpkin, blending well after each addition.
Pour into pan lined with muffin papers. Bake in a moderate oven (350) 15 minutes or until done. Remove from pan and cool before serving.

Serving Size: Makes 18 1/2 cup servings
