Introduction

Ingredients

    Large Grade A Eggs, Hardboiled
    Plain, Low-fat yogurt
    Mustard of choice
    Lemon Juice
    Chili Powder & Paprika to taste

Tips

I like to add a bit of siracha sauce to the yolk mixture for a little spice. :)


Directions

Hard-boil, cool+peel eggs, cut eggs in half.

Mash cooked yolks. Mix in yogurt, mustard, seasonings, and lemon juice until desired consistency.

You can add more or less yogurt depending on your preference. Add additional spices to taste.

Serving Size: 1 egg half
